The OUPD provides many services beyond traditional police work.  To request any of the following services, please contact the OUPD.

Safety Escorts

If at any time and for whatever reason community members have a safety concern while walking to and from their vehicle and a campus building they may request a visual escort by the OUPD.

Vehicle Lockouts 

A Police Officer may be able to assist if you have locked your keys inside your vehicle. Please be able to provide the exact location of your vehicle when you call the OUPD.

Jump Starts 

Due to the specialized electrical components of police vehicles they may not be used to jump start vehicles.  However, we do have a set of jumper cables at the OUPD that you may check out free of charge.  At times a student cadet may also be available to assist.

Lost and Found 

The OUPD maintains lost and found property at the Dispatch Operations Center. To see if your lost item has been turned in, please click here. You may also drop off items you find at the Dispatch Operations Center.
